Project Description<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Due to its architecture, geometry and fa\u00e7ade design\u2014featuring pilaster strips set at intervals of approximately 70 cm\u2014the project presents a particular technical challenge.<\/p>\n

A key issue was the geometric adaptation of the fa\u00e7ade profiles: the profiles for floors 1 to 3 had to be identical to those of the top floor, even though the floor-to-ceiling height there is significantly greater.<\/p>\n

Technical Solution<\/strong><\/h3>\n

As part of cost optimisation, the originally planned element fa\u00e7ade was revised.<\/p>\n

Instead, a solution using window elements was chosen, which allows for more efficient installation and significantly reduces construction costs.<\/p>\n

In a further step, an additional substructure was developed, which enables the subsequent installation of the vertical pilaster strips.<\/p>\n

This solution allows for precise, phased installation whilst ensuring a clear and elegant structural design of the fa\u00e7ade.<\/p>\n
