Due to its architecture, geometry and façade design—featuring pilaster strips set at intervals of approximately 70 cm—the project presents a particular technical challenge.
A key issue was the geometric adaptation of the façade profiles: the profiles for floors 1 to 3 had to be identical to those of the top floor, even though the floor-to-ceiling height there is significantly greater.
As part of cost optimisation, the originally planned element façade was revised.
Instead, a solution using window elements was chosen, which allows for more efficient installation and significantly reduces construction costs.
In a further step, an additional substructure was developed, which enables the subsequent installation of the vertical pilaster strips.
This solution allows for precise, phased installation whilst ensuring a clear and elegant structural design of the façade.
